Cancellation Policy
When booking you will be required to add a credit or debit card on file to confirm your appointment. Your information will remain confidential and you will not be charged today. After your service is completed, you have the option to pay with the card you place on file or cash. If you choose card there is a 3% transaction fee if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please leave at least a 48 hour notice. I will try my best to work with you if something does come up however, if last-minute cancellations or no-shows happen your card on file will be charged a cancellation fee. A less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the appointment. A no-show will be charged 100% of service amount.
As a courtesy, a text or email is sent to confirm the date and time 24 hours prior to your appointment. Clients are allowed a 15 minute grace period.
